NBA Parlay Tonight: 3-Leg Parlay for Monday, Nov. 2 (+591)

By Marisol Vega — Spent ten years grading tickets at a sportsbook. Marisol covers line movement, steam and closing-line value, and she writes the daily card.

Monday's 15-game card gives us plenty to work with, and I'm tying three legs together that all make sense on their own. We've got an under in San Antonio where the smart money is already pounding it, plus two favorites catching teams at the right time. All three need to hit for this to cash.

Jazz vs. Spurs, 8:30 p.m. ET

Pick: Jazz/Spurs Under 229.5 (-110 at DraftKings)

The money is screaming under in this one, with 86% of the handle on the under despite bets splitting down the middle. The total opened at 231.5 and has already dropped to 229.5, which tells you where the sharp action landed. San Antonio will be without Tobias Harris, who's averaged 29 minutes a game, and Utah comes in scoring just 108.7 points per game, 24th in the league. Games between these teams have averaged 227.5 total points this season, so we're getting a number above what they've actually produced. The Jazz have allowed 118.8 points per game, which is the one thing that could push this over if San Antonio gets hot.

Pistons vs. Hornets, 7:30 p.m. ET

Pick: Detroit Pistons -4.5 (-105 at Caesars)

Charlotte is missing Kon Knueppel tonight, and that's a huge loss considering he's averaged 31.4 minutes a game. The Hornets are already struggling, getting outscored by 8.1 points per game and ranking dead last in scoring at 98.3 points per night. They're also playing their third game in four nights, which is brutal for a team that can't score. Detroit has the league's best defense, allowing just 101.8 points per game, and 76% of bets are on the Pistons for good reason. The Hornets have actually defended well themselves, allowing 106.4 points per game, so if this turns into a grind, Detroit might win without covering.

Thunder vs. Cavaliers, 7 p.m. ET

Pick: Cleveland Cavaliers -3.5 (-117 at BetRivers)

Oklahoma City comes in without Jalen Williams, who's been playing 30.3 minutes a game, and that's a problem for a Thunder team already scoring just 106.5 points per night, 29th in the NBA. Cleveland has been lighting it up at 121 points per game, second-best in the league, and they're outscoring opponents by 5 points a night. The Cavaliers are 4-2 and at home, and 64% of the money is backing them to cover. What concerns me is that Oklahoma City has defended well, allowing just 107 points per game, so if they slow this down and keep it close, Cleveland could win by three and we lose.
